Exercise and Nutrition Coaching

The Exercise and Nutrition Coaching program is an individualised 12-week personal training program. The program aims to make you fitter and healthier through structured exercise and nutrition coaching and is suitable for all levels of ability.

All sessions are one-to-one in a private personal training studio in central Edinburgh (just you and your coach) and you are coached through a tailored exercise and nutrition program which is designed based on your current capabilities and goals.

The program also aims to develop the knowledge, confidence and techniques that will help you continue with with your healthy habits long after completing 12-weeks of one-to-one coaching.
